Ecosh Bioactive Magnesium with Vitamins C and B6 replaces the former chemical form of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) with a safer and more absorbable form, pyridoxal-5′-phosphate, and eliminates the use of vitamin C in the dietary supplement, in order to create a more effective formula with a more effective sedative effect, which is suitable for evening use.
