The barbecue is suitable for cooking in direct heat (shashliks, steaks, etc.) and in indirect heat (for larger dishes - chicken, ham, etc.). Maintain for 10 minutes, make sure that the grill has not exploded or cracked and only then is the correct quality confirmed.
